The Entrance
BN undertook an urban analysis of the township of The Entrance in NSW Australia. This analysis suggested the existing development guidelines were inadequate to achieve appropriate commercial development of a high design standard. The local authority agreed to change the development controls when they were shown the type of benchmark residential building that could be achieved. The development is currently going through approvals and will commence construction in the next 18 months. It is a mixed use development consisting of retail and a 24 storey residential tower.
